SpeakON Releases MagSafe AI Voice Button and Microphone

1 Min Read

According to a report by MarkTechPost, SpeakON has started shipping a new hardware device: a MagSafe-compatible AI voice button equipped with its own microphone. The product is designed to capture voice input and automatically transform raw speech into polished communication and direct actions across different applications.

The Problem of Voice Output

While standard voice dictation on mobile phones has existed for years, handling raw audio output remains a persistent challenge. Most current dictation tools transcribe speech verbatim, capturing verbal fillers and false starts that require users to manually clean up text and move it into other software. SpeakON attempts to bridge this gap through dedicated hardware rather than software-only dictation.

Unknowns and Availability

The announcement did not specify pricing, battery specifications, or regional availability for the new MagSafe device. Furthermore, technical details regarding which AI models power the speech polishing and action execution features were not disclosed. Future coverage will need to address how the hardware integrates with various mobile operating systems and third-party apps.

As hardware-based AI interfaces continue to emerge, SpeakON’s approach offers a new physical form factor for voice-driven workflows.
